Location: Amherst, NY Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm, 37.5 hrs./week, some flexibility required *potential early start for snow response. One Saturday or Sunday per month required for approx. 2 hours* The Summit Center is Western New York’s leading provider of evidence-based services for children and adults with autism and other developmental, social, and behavioral challenges. - Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of classrooms and other areas of the agencies property
- Load and unload school materials and office supplies
- Assist in the moving of office and institutional furniture and equipment
- Maintain building security
- Stock paper supplies
- Maintain school equipment
- Responsible for grounds maintenance tasks
- Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians in any required tasks
- Must have flexible schedule to accommodate any needs and shifts in agency operating hours and be able to fill-in when other staff members are absent
- At least 6 months of previous cleaning experience
- Ability to accommodate potential early start for snow response
- Availability approximately one Saturday or Sunday a month for about two hour
