BSB Office Assistant (Undergraduate Student Worker)

The Brennan School of Business is seeking a motivated student employee who would like to work in a professional office environment. Hours Needed:

Monday: 8:30-10:30am
Tuesday: 12:00-2:00pm
Wednesday: 4:30-6:30pm
Thursday: 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm, 4:30-6:30pm
Friday: 3:00-5:00pm

Principal Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, faculty, and other visitors to the office
Provide front desk coverage as needed
Prepare/copy/file documents
Deliver and retrieve documents to and from other offices on campus
Stock and maintain supplies
Assist with BSB social media
Perform other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.

Qualifications:

Telephone skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently and with others

Requirements:

Maintain a 3.0 or better GPA
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at Dominican University
