PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst at ACS Consultancy Services Austin, TX

PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification: Mandatory Qualifications: Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor modules. Experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for business stakeholders and SMEs. Experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations. Experience performing hands‑on end‑to‑end system integration and external interface testing. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government). Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor. Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). Experience with SharePoint. Experience with Jira. Experience working within the Scrum framework. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document complex system requirements. Facilitate and lead requirement review meetings to ensure alignment with stakeholders and SMEs. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, business processes, test scenarios and test scripts. Perform hands‑on testing of systems including end‑to‑end system integration and external interface testing. Support multiple test cycles and resolve issues during testing phases. Provide training materials and assist with end‑user training sessions. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams using online collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
