Peoplesoft Business Analyst (FSCM)

Location: Austin TX (Remote/Hybrid) Duration: Long term contract Note: This is currently a remote position but could become hybrid and require some time in the main office. Specific days will be negotiated at that time. Need ONLY TEXAS based candidates.

Job Summary: The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping data to and from legacy systems and third-party interface systems. The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a "functional" business analyst, as well as core business analyst skills, including conducting meetings to identify requirements, system documentation, and performing end-to-end system testing. Other duties may be assigned based on project needs, and some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase. The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large remote team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 8 years Required Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8 years Required Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• 8 years Required Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
• 8 years Required Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• 8 years Required Experience (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 8 years Required Experience (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• 4 years Preferred Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• 2 years Preferred Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
• 2 years Preferred Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
• 2 years Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• 2 years Preferred Experience with SharePoint
• 1 years Preferred Experience with Jira
• 1 years Preferred Experience working with the Scrum framework
