Our franchisees provide care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of household chores
* Monitor and maintain client safety and well-being
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

* **Home Health Aide (HHA) certification**
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
