**Home Health Aide (HHA) - Cleveland, Ohio**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Home Health Aide (HHA)** to join our team at Right at Home Cleveland West! As a trusted provider of in-home care and assistance, we are dedicated to empowering seniors and vulnerable adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
**About Us:**
Right at Home is a Home Care Franchise System, where franchisees independently own and operate home care companies under the Right at Home brand. Our franchisees provide care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of household chores
* Monitor and maintain client safety and well-being
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
**Requirements:**
* **Home Health Aide (HHA) certification**
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
