Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Job Description Mid‑Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist (Level 3) will support the Air Dominance Proprietary Program at Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Hazelwood, MO, reporting to the AD Proprietary Program Sr. IP&S Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, and proactively manage risks. Position Responsibilities Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements aligned with industry standards. Perform studies, trend/variance/impact analysis, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives. Create schedule reports, metrics, change activity, and communicate and update plans throughout the project lifecycle. Improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support decision makers. Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Act as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Assist customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Hazelwood, MO. Security Clearance Active US Secret Security Clearance (US citizenship required). Clearance considered active if held in past 24 months. Special Program Access Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. Basic Qualifications Experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management roles. 3+ years’ experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, or business operations. 3+ years’ experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Open Plan Professional. Experience using Microsoft Project. Experience using Milestone Professional.
