Experienced Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist - F-15 Korea

Position Overview Experienced Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist – F‑15 Korea Company: The Boeing Company seeks an Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri to support the F‑15 Korea Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio. The role focuses on parts repair and acquisition to maintain fleet readiness and aligns with the BGS Engineering capability while collaborating closely with Program Management on logistics integration activities. Position Responsibilities Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure a common direction and delivery of high‑quality products and services on time. Strong aircraft obsolescence and part research experience related to current fleet operations and future modifications and upgrades. Works with online part database tools such as SMART, TAV, Haystack, SCARS and ADPLS. Ensures a strong partnership with Boeing buyers and suppliers as well as Supply Chain and provisioning. Develops, maintains and communicates Supplier Statements or Work, supplier proposals, and project charters to ensure alignment to project and organizational goals and objectives. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain). 3+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross‑functional and/or cross‑business teams. 3+ years of experience working with Foreign Governments or knowledge of Foreign Government Systems. Experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company‑owned material, customer‑owned material and program/contract material. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) F‑15 Aircraft part tracking desired. Supply Chain experience is a plus. Microsoft Office Tools proficiency. Travel Position may require domestic or international travel up to 10% of the time.
