Route Sales Representative

This position requires a flexible work schedule with alternating days off. Start times average 4 am, including working holiday and weekends. Supports other locations throughout the Metro. Descriptions & requirements Job Description $64,000 / year target earnings Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. The Route Sales Representative drives a FritoLay truck to different stores, works independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partners with store managers to increase sales, generate orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: Learn the basics of the role in 4–6 weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
