You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial construction location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, material storage locations, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements. Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
