Lead Back of House Beaver Creek, CO, US | Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 | Full Time hours available This position is the leader on the line, effectively managing multiple stations in a fast‑paced culinary environment. Responsibilities include preparing food to standardized recipes, training line staff, coordinating banquet operations, managing inventory and par levels, and maintaining food safety and compliance. Develop and train line staff, including interns, to standard performance level. Communicate with the chef on duty to assure proper service according to the assigned shift. Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations during assigned shift. Supervise and coordinate line crew to achieve assigned tasks according to kitchen standards. Cook and prepare food to order on a daily basis. Assist in taking monthly inventory. Assist in controlling labor and food costs. Familiar with fire, safety and health procedures; assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management. Report mechanical problems to the engineering department in a timely manner. Assure safe and clean work conditions for all personnel. Be a role model to others. Maintain a 100% satisfaction rate and take full responsibility for food quality. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of culinary experience. Previous supervisory experience is helpful. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Culinary degree/certification – preferred. Current certification in state Professional Food Handler Program – preferred.
