Strategic Nonprofit CFO — Lead Growth & Impact

Vail Valley Foundation in Avon, CO is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all accounting and finance functions and to provide strategic vision across a nonprofit organization. The role oversees a team of five accounting and finance professionals plus three IT staff, with several direct reports.
The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax-exempt bond compliance, risk, and capital campaigns while partnering with senior leadership on organizational strategy and benefits programs.
