The Dispatch Representative schedules technician appointments at customer sites and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company.

Dispatch Representative Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily schedules for service technicians and dispatch as service calls are completed
• Enter service calls, assigns calls and generates call debriefing with technicians daily
• Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing, and general inquiries
• Reviews completed work for accuracy
• Prepares invoices for processing
• Participates in company-sponsored training classes
• At the request of the Call Center manager, may be required to perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation
• Selling membership maintenance plans
• Follow up on past recommendations to obtain more work

Dispatch Representative Requirements:

• Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid Driver's License, clean background, ability to pass a drug test
• GED or High School Diploma
• General office Environment
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal confrontation
• Must be able to work extended hours, nights, holidays and weekends
