Front Desk Coordinator – dermani MEDSPA® Fort Myers
Locally Owned & Growing Medspa – Full-Time Position
dermani MEDSPA® Fort Myers is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is at the heart of our medspa and requires exceptional customer service , multitasking , and communication skills .
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and assist clients in a professional, efficient manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Zenoti or similar medspa software
- Manage and book new leads using CRM software
- Educate clients on membership plans and treatment options
- Process payments and manage membership and product sales
- Ensure all client histories, consents, and waivers are completed accurately
- Maintain client appointment accuracy and follow up as needed
- Monitor inventory and assist with operational organization
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years front desk experience (medical spa or medical setting preferred)
- Extremely organized , detail-oriented, and reliable
- Familiar with Zenoti and CRM lead management systems
- Strong sales and customer service background – sales-driven mindset
- Positive, energetic team player with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of laser, aesthetic treatments, or injectables is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability Required:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
