Merck's 12-week Future Talent Program internship focuses on digital engagement within regulatory innovation and information management. The intern will develop user awareness campaigns, training materials, and multimedia content to support adoption of new digital tools and AI solutions across the global pharmaceutical enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute user awareness campaigns for digital product releases
- Create engaging training guides, interactive modules, and educational materials
- Develop multimedia content including newsletters, blog posts, graphics, and instructional videos
- Gather user feedback and analyze campaign reach and impact metrics
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Strong writing skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholder groups virtually or in-person
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- Preferred: graphic design, video editing, or content writing experience
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint platforms
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111
