With approximately three trials per year and matters involving multi-seven-figure amounts, this is a practice built around serious litigation. What You’ll Do Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Handle pleadings, discovery, and case strategy Work directly with clients Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials You’ll receive ongoing training, work alongside experienced trial attorneys, and have support from paralegals and legal assistants. What You Bring 5+ years of labor & employment experience FEHA experience preferred Deposition and motion experience Strong writing and courtroom communication skills Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles $120,000–$200,000+ base salary, plus a 4–5% performance bonus on awards or settlements based on contribution and discretionary bonuses.
