Role Description The FIFA Agent at First X&XI is a full-time remote role responsible for representing football players and other clients in line with FIFA and relevant federation regulations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and scouting potential clients, managing existing client relationships, and negotiating player contracts and transfer agreements with clubs and stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with legal, financial, and marketing professionals to ensure compliant deals, as well as monitoring regulatory updates from FIFA and national associations. The FIFA Agent will also prepare and review documentation, maintain accurate records, and participate in virtual meetings, calls, and events to support client development and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FIFA regulations, transfer rules, and relevant national association guidelines.

• Experience in sports management, football operations, or player representation, ideally within professional or semi-professional leagues.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across cultures.

• Business acumen with the ability to analyze contract terms, commercial opportunities, and market trends in football.
\n
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote environment.

• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, CRM or client management systems).
\n
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in football markets are an advantage.

• FIFA Agent license or eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain FIFA accreditation, plus relevant legal or business education is beneficial.
