About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Production Coordinator for Creative and Media Services. The successful candidate will be a key player in the Global Communications team, responsible for the project intake, management, and delivery of high-quality digital content. This role demands a forward-thinking production mastermind with a background in a top-tier studio, remote & post-production video/film company, or agency environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and possess end-to-end video production knowledge, from creative development to post-production. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, PC/MAC platforms, and a strong interest in AI and LLM platforms is essential. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions, coordinate with internal business units, and maintain relationships with production companies and freelancers. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
