If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy seeing the results of your work, this could be the opportunity for you.Projects include commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and healthcare environments.ResponsibilitiesSurface PreparationPrepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking, and primingRepair drywall imperfections and minor surface damageProtect surrounding areas, fixtures, and finished surfaces during painting operationsEnsure surfaces are properly prepared to achieve professional-quality finishesPainting & FinishingApply paints, primers, stains, sealers, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentComplete detailed finish work on trim, doors, cabinetry, and architectural featuresMatch paint colors and finishes according to project specificationsInspect completed work and make necessary touch-ups to ensure quality standards are metGeneral Construction SupportAssist with drywall repairs, punch-list tasks, finish carpentry, and light construction work as neededLoad, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipmentMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaCollaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficientlyQualificationsRequiredAt least 2 years of painting, finishing, or related construction experienceExperience with surface preparation and paint application techniquesAbility to operate brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentBasic drywall repair and patching experienceAbility to work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platformsValid driver's licenseStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferredCommercial or industrial painting experienceExperience with airless spray systems and specialty coatingsHospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or retail project experienceFinish carpentry or punch-list experienceWhy Join Us?Competitive pay: $22-$27 per hourConsistent, full-time workVariety of commercial construction projectsOpportunity to expand your skills in painting, finishing, drywall, and carpentryTeam-oriented work environmentLong-term career growth opportunities for motivated individualsJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
