Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Department of Education School Nurse (LSN) License
• National certification as a School Nurse (CSN) preferred
• Experience with school-based health care and working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with both onsite and virtual service models

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage health referrals and track follow-ups for assigned grade levels
• Serve as a critical liaison between the school, families, and healthcare providers
• Provide health education and communicate proactively with parents/guardians
• Partner with school team members to support students individualized health plans
• Maintain accurate records consistent with district and state guidelines
