Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a high-performance Sales & Operations Manager in the automotive field to take full ownership of the operation. This is a leadership and sales role — you will run the floor, lead the team, drive revenue, and represent our brand at the highest level. You report directly to the Owner and have the autonomy to operate the business with full independence after a 30-day onboarding period. The non-negotiables: Self-motivated and self-disciplined — you don't wait to be told what to do. Numbers-obsessed — KPIs aren't a burden, they're how you keep score. A natural leader who makes hard decisions and filters out the noise. Customer-obsessed — you light up in front of clients and represent the brand flawlessly. A hunter — you prospect, cold call, and network without being asked. Growth-minded — you bring new ideas, not resistance to change. Tech-savvy with CRM systems and comfortable working within digital workflows. Willing to work weekends occasionally when the business demands it. What we don't want: Someone who needs daily direction or hand-holding. Someone who argues against new ideas instead of executing them. Someone who confuses being busy with being productive. Someone who avoids difficult conversations with team members or customers.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

5–10 years of customer service, sales, and management experience. Proven track record managing teams and hitting revenue targets. Strong sales background — you know how to close. Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar a plus) Marketing awareness — you understand how to build and grow brand presence.
