The opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator - Contract to join our Corporate HR team in our Canton, MA on a hybrid schedule. This is a 3 month contract role. The Recruiting Coordinator provides recruiting support for the Talent Acquisition Team. Some of the Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supports recruiting activities for the team. Coordinates all interview logistics including; scheduling, candidate travel arrangements and responding to candidate inquiries.
• Acts as the systems administrator for the Recruiting applicant tracking system (ATS). Serves as day-to-day liaison to the vendor and troubleshoots manager issues as needed.
• Works with Internal Audit on semi-annual background checks audit process.
• Coordinates all job postings on job boards (job boards with contracts in place and also with a variety of niche job boards and sites). Produces weekly requisition reports.
• Supports post selection activities including offer letters and new hire paperwork. Enters data and manages activities associated with background checks.
• Supports other HR areas as needed. 

Minimum Requirements/Essential Functions

• Ability to demonstrate analytical, decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively using oral and written communication in various forms including video.
• Must be able to work both independently, as a member of a team, and have the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals. 
• Must have a sense of urgency, attention to detail and
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office suite, Survey Monkey and other systems utilized by the department.
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy and follow-through on commitments.
• Requires the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Capable and willing to adopt to changes as needed.
• Ability to follow work instructions as directed.
• Ability to stay focused and productive during required working hours.
• Respond to internal and external clients as established by department guidelines.

The expertise you bring

• 3-5 years administrative support experience, preferably in a recruiting department or HR function
• Associates Degree preferred.

Pay rate: $34 - $39/hourly
