Responsibilities Complete New Agent Launch and implement team systems and processes Show homes and assist buyers throughout the home search process Communicate feedback from showings to help refine client search criteria Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside the lead agent Consistently lead generate and follow up with prospective clients Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings Help create a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the buying process Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
