Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Eligible for California SLP licensure
• Clinical experience in pediatric or school environments strongly preferred
• Openness to CFY supervision and guidance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and best practices in educational programs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication skills of students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classrooms
• Monitor and document progress; prepare reports for meetings and IEPs
• Advise staff and families on communication supports and strategies
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional growth opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district requirements
