Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience with pediatric populations or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• New graduates (CFYs) welcome with relevant experience or training
• Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings
• Maintain clear and compliant records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to promote carryover and maximize student progress
• Participate in student evaluation, progress monitoring, and advocacy within the school community
