IT Systems Analyst

This role supports the day-to-day operation of the digital workplace by providing first-level technical support, assisting with onboarding, and offboarding, and maintaining systems, documentation, and security standards. You'll combine hands-on technical support with strong communication skills, working independently while supporting u across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles
• Hands-on experience with user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of Tier 1 service desk support and basic Tier 2 troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft 365, and standard enterprise applications
• Familiarity with hardware setup, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
• Understanding of basic IT security practices and compliance requirements
