We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and facilitate critical healthcare implementation projects at our Irving, TX location. What You Bring to the Table:

• Substantial Healthcare Implementation Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hospitals or clinics (must be healthcare provider, not insurance).
• Technical Expertise: Proven success in EMR implementations (Epic, Athena, Cerner), along with related department projects (Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology systems).
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal interactions, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
• Project Documentation & Process Flows: Skilled in requirements gathering, creating project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and documenting business processes.
• Implementation & Quality Assurance: Direct involvement in workflow technical design, testing, and system transitions.
• Onsite Flexibility: Ability to work onsite with one remote day every two weeks after the first month.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic Modules and third-party applications like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank.
• Familiarity with clinical and ancillary systems such as Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology.
• Experience producing detailed project documentation.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required; relevant healthcare IT certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of healthcare provider project implementation experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must submit proof of education.
• Must speak confidently to their resume and experience.
• This is an onsite role with occasional remote work, requiring local candidates only.
• Willingness to travel or obtain certifications is a plus.
