Job Description Job Description Position Title: Business Systems Analyst II Location: Irving TX - Onsite role Interview: Video Duration: 3+ months Summary: The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for leading/guiding project meetings with the core leadership team in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions, to include workflow technical design and implementation. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the collection system applications as well as working with the facility host support team. Submit with proof of education; Bachelor's Degree Requirements: Substantial healthcare implementation experience. Min 3 yrs experience; required healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), NOT insurance. Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal situations. Implementation experience is required. (Quality Assurance, Testing Analysts, experience with JIRA, Confluence, have not worked well in terms of fit so please avoid these) Healthcare experience is required. Ability to be onsite with 1 day work at home day every 2 weeks, after the first month. EMR Implementations (Epic, Athena, Cerner). Epic Modules related projects. 3rd party applications related to departments in the hospitals or related to clinics (Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank. Ancillary areas like Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology related implementations). Requirements gathering and documentation along with process flows. Experience producing project documentation like project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas.
