Endourology Territory Manager - Cleveland OH

Becton Dickinson seeks an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share within an assigned territory. The role involves promoting BD's endourology portfolio for minimally invasive urologic procedures, developing business plans, and building relationships across healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans to drive Endourology portfolio sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with urologists, administrators, and supply chain leaders
- Identify customer needs and position BD solutions for clinical and economic value
- Support product evaluations, physician training, and technology adoption initiatives
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and deliver accurate forecasts and performance updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years minimum sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Urology, endourology, or operating room sales experience preferred
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare environments
- Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Extensive travel capability within assigned territory
