Business Office Associate

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Associate to join our powersports dealership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service during and after the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Input and manage credit applications with accuracy and confidentiality Print and complete all necessary paperwork for sold units Present ancillary products to customers, including warranties, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans Remit finance contracts to lenders for timely funding Process tag and title work in compliance with state regulations Handle warranty transfers and cancellations efficiently Qualifications: Prior experience in finance, title processing, or dealership administration preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on powersports products and services #J-18808-Ljbffr Pensacola Motorsports
