Full-Time Position

$22 - $25 per Hour Based on Experience

West Herr Automotive Group in Rochester, NY needs to hire an enthusiastic person to lead the building and grounds team. This position will include general building and grounds maintenance, lawn cutting and trimming, metal recycling and snow removal, power washing. Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the Maintenance team to complete all tasks given.

• Metal recycling
• Lawn cutting and trimming
• Snow removal
• Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
• Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment
• Other Duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Management experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good drivers license a must
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Good Communication and motivation skills.
