Job Details
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- $250k+ book of business – portable.
- 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Corporate & Securities (M&A, governance, financing); Commercial Litigation; Health Law (transactional and regulatory); Real Estate; Trusts & Estates.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and grow a practice.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex matters and deliver exceptional client service.
- Hybrid work capability in Uniondale, NY.
