Call required, averaging approximately 10 days per month including weekends (1-2 weekends per month and 1-2 weekdays per week). Daily case volume of 6 procedures across 4 operating rooms.Highlights:\n \n High-acuity cardiovascular operating room specializing in complex open-heart and vascular procedures including CABG, TAVR, ECMO, Impella, EVAR, and robotic cardiac surgery\n Perform all cardiac procedures except transplants, including open hearts, vascular cases, lung resections, and minimally invasive techniques\n Traveler-friendly environment with flexible scheduling whenever possible to support work-life balance\n Work alongside a high-performing, mission-driven team in a dynamic and expanding CVOR setting\n 36-hour orientation period with comprehensive onboarding support\n First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and credentials\n Requirements:\n \n Minimum 1 year of CVOR scrub experience required\n Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification required in hand at time of submission\n Valid Oklahoma or Compact state allied license required\n Experience with both cardiac and vascular procedures, including open-heart surgery\n Proficiency in aseptic technique, sterilization/disinfection, and laparoscopic-assisted cases\n Ability to float to like units within scope as needed based on facility requirements\n Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible\n Why Join Us?\n This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your cardiovascular surgical technology career in a growing, high-volume CVOR program.
