Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day connecting with people, learning what matters to them, and helping them find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Connecting with prospective customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and outreach

• Asking questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Preparing quotes and explaining coverage in a clear, easy-to-understand way

• Selling Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Following up consistently with leads and open quotes

• Building relationships with new and existing customers

• Identifying opportunities to provide additional coverage

• Managing your sales pipeline and customer communication

• Working toward individual and agency production goals

• Participating in ongoing sales coaching and professional development

We'll Help You Learn the Insurance Side

• You don't need to walk through the door already knowing everything about insurance.

• You'll have opportunities for training, coaching, and hands-on experience as you develop your knowledge of insurance products and the sales process.

A Property Casualty insurance license is required to sell insurance. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the licensing process before beginning applicable sales responsibilities.
