Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview

Employment Service Connection, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable, organized, and versatile Office & Production Support Specialist for an opportunity with a manufacturing and packaging facility in Milwaukee, WI.

This is a hybrid administrative and hands-on production position , ideal for someone who enjoys working in an office environment but is also comfortable assisting with daily operations on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain production paperwork and documentation.
• Assist with tracking production orders, inventory, and daily operational activities.
• Communicate with supervisors, production employees, and office personnel.
• Maintain organized records and assist with general office operations.

Production Floor Support

• Assist production personnel with daily manufacturing and packaging activities as needed.
• Help prepare, organize, and track materials for production.
• Support shipping, receiving, labeling, and order preparation when necessary.
• Monitor production workflow and communicate updates to management.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure production documentation is accurate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional administrative or production-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous office or administrative experience required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable transitioning between office responsibilities and hands-on production duties.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new processes and assist wherever needed.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who can confidently handle administrative responsibilities while understanding the importance of keeping production operations running smoothly.

This is NOT strictly a desk position. Candidates must be comfortable working in both an office setting and an active manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
