We're Hiring

Are you a recent grad (or about to graduate) looking to break into Talent Acquisition and Resource Planning within professional services? ECHO is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Specialist to join our Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll do:
You'll get hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle — sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting our internal resource planning process. You'll work closely with our Specialist and Sr. Specialist, learning directly from experienced recruiters while contributing to real client and internal staffing needs from day one.

What we're looking for:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field

• 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service roles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards
