If you love solving problems, telling stories with data, and partnering with business leaders to make smarter decisions—this is your opportunity to make a real difference.Essential Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data performanceUse statistical methods to validate and interpret data for business decisionsCreate clear data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insightsPartner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutionsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a meaningful wayDocument processes, data definitions, and reporting standardsStay current on data tools, technologies, and industry best practicesSupport special projects and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis. Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is preferred. Relational database experience. Knowledge of reporting/analytical tools. Advanced Excel skills.Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tooling and software (e.g. SQL, dbt, Excel, and Python).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice.Technical Competencies: Business & Technology Knowledge: Understands business needs, makes informed decisions, and effectively delivers technology solutions, including related processes and procedures.Analytical Skills: Ability to identify an opportunity and / or root cause, apply logical reasoning to analyze the facts, and develop and execute an effective outcome.Here's a little bit about us:In addition to being great at what you do, we place a high emphasis on building a best-in-class culture.
