Marketing Performance Analyst

Detail-oriented and strategic, the full-time remote Marketing Performance Analyst will analyze marketing performance metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and inform investment decisions. Key responsibilities Build and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards to visualize key metrics across the marketing funnel Analyze marketing funnel performance by tracking key metrics and identifying conversion bottlenecks Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience with marketing attribution models and ROI measurement Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment
