Open Sky Community Services provides in-home therapeutic support for youth and young adults facing emotional challenges. The Family Partner role relies on lived experience as a parent or caregiver to build trust and empower families as they move toward recovery.
Join a collaborative team that coordinates with clinicians, schools, and other providers to integrate peer and family support into care plans, crises planning, and goal setting, promoting hope and self-advocacy.
