Computed Tomography Technologist

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Riverdale, GA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents as required, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images. You will process and transmit images to PACS and participate in quality improvement and QC activities while complying with HFAP/TJC, CMS, and state and federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current ARRT (R) certification required.
• Graduate of a diagnostic radiography program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.
• Current CRT required.
• Must obtain fluoroscopy permit within 6 months of hire (client requirement).
• Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire (client requirement).
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing imaging services (client requirement).
• Proficient computer skills.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of CT technologist experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:0019:30.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, three days per week, Friday through Sunday.

Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to department protocols and regulatory standards. Serve as a primary interface with patients and clinical teams to fulfill imaging needs. Support ongoing performance improvement and quality control initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
