Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst

Overview Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with Health Cloud Engagement: FTE or 3-6 months CTH Experience: Health Cloud, Service Cloud; Knowledge of Life Science Cloud; understanding of latest GenAI capabilities and preferably experience with the same; worked on projects in US Pharma and life sciences/healthcare domains; Salesforce certified. Responsibilities Liaison with stakeholders / executive sponsor Understand the business requirement and convert it to technical specification which helps the developer to write the code Provide necessary detailing to engineering team on requirements Should be able to capture nonfunctional requirements Understand the technical environment and product architecture so as to convert functional requirement to technical requirement Understand the development life cycle of Salesforce.com CRM Strong communication and presentation skills Aware of platform-specific design patterns and limits Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM Familiarity with Force.com platform Experience with project and development lifecycle methodologies Qualifications Experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud Knowledge of Life Science Cloud Understanding of GenAI capabilities and preferably experience with the same Worked on projects in US Pharma and life sciences/healthcare domains Salesforce certified #J-18808-Ljbffr Arkhya Tech.
