Sterile Processing Technician

Job Details

Travel SPT Sterile Processor jobs in Columbus, OH let you support surgical teams in a high-volume hospital with advanced technology and a fast-paced acute care environment. You will decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, store, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment, ensuring compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards.Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of recent sterile processing technician experience in an acute care hospital, and CRCST (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) or CBSPD certification. Experience in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital is preferred. Required Qualifications

- BLS - Must be able to work both case cart picking and assembly, decontam and sterilization - Traveler's current perm employment CAN'T BE AT OhioHealth, Mt. Carmel, or Nationwide Children's. Per Diem is allowed.
