Part-time Retail Production WorkerLocation: Spring Lake, MI 49456Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Retail Production Worker to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. The ideal candidate will assist in the production and preparation of retail products, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of retail products.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.Follow safety and quality control guidelines to ensure product standards.Operate production equipment as needed under supervision.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.Perform routine inspections of products to identify defects or issues.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies.Work ScheduleThis is a part-time position with flexible hours. Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends may be required based on production needs.
