Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Reedley, CA. This role is ideal for a safety-focused warehouse and equipment operations professional forklift experience and a valid forklift certification.

The Stand-Up Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while helping keep materials moving efficiently through a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

- Operate stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns or maintenance needs.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production material flow activities.
- Assist with inventory handling, material tracking, and accurate product movement.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and company procedures at all times.
- Work closely with team members to maintain workflow, productivity, and a clean work area.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of forklift operation experience.
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
- Dependable team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
