Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-based populations
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation

• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Provide consultation and recommendations to classroom staff regarding speech and language supports
