This position embraces a variety of experience levels, from Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians to those with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and is well suited for professionals comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy modalities.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current or pending SLP licensure in New York State
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility for CFY considered
• Background in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for students
• Adaptability with teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation to support IEP goals and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists
• Deliver services through a mix of teletherapy and on-site intervention, as needed
• Serve as an advocate for students’ communicative success within the educational environment
