Job Summary Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated and compassionate team in Hadley, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education across a diverse patient population. What You’ll Do Deliver patient‑centered primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff to ensure high‑quality care. Spend 20% of your time on administrative tasks to maintain a healthy work‑life balance. Participate in after‑hours call coverage managed by Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Nurses. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system and in‑basket management support. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Experience or recent graduation acceptable. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $250,000 – $290,000 annually (base pay estimate).
