Job Description As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Analyst in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or property issues. Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or shift notes to help support ongoing awareness of property conditions and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
