Responsibilities Delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients in the emergency department Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhering to safety protocols and clinical guidelines to maintain a safe environment Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Supporting patients and families through education and emotional support Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current Montana Registered Nurse License American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS within 90 days) Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; specialty certification preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Key Attributes Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to adapt to variable shifts and assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr
