Our Golf Clubhouse, located in Midtown between the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park, offers a refined setting for dining, racquet sports, swimming, fitness, and more. We value a community and work environment where expertise, talent, and commitment make a lasting impact. Position: Equipment Manager for our Golf Club property. In this leadership role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of all golf course and boating equipment. You will manage preventative maintenance programs, coordinate equipment purchases and repairs, and lead the development of equipment-related team members. Responsibilities Oversee preventative maintenance programs for golf course and boating equipment Manage equipment purchases, repairs, warranties, and replacement planning Supervise, train, and develop equipment maintenance team members Create and oversee the Assistant-in-Training (AIT) development program Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory, and repair schedules Ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards What You’ll Earn Competitive salary up to $110,000 Medical insurance with employer-subsidized premiums Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation Paid time off accrued weekly Weekly pay Complimentary parking and daily shift meals Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Associate degree or higher required 5+ years of mechanical repair and maintenance experience 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Experience repairing golf course equipment preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively Private club, golf course, or related industry experience preferred Are You The Right Fit?
