About the Role We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing service in residential and light commercial environments, while providing an exceptional customer experience. Our technicians exemplify our core values: Respect for customers and teammates Integrity in every interaction Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings Performing drain cleaning and troubleshooting plumbing issues Completing minor to complex service repairs and installations Reading and working from blueprints and job specifications as needed Identifying proper materials and quantities for jobs Communicating clearly with customers about findings, solutions, and next steps Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience Licensed plumber or equivalent hands-on experience Valid driver’s license Strong communication skills with customers, supervisors, and teammates Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Preferred Traits Self-motivated and dependable Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in the field Pride in delivering excellent customer service Why Join Our Team?
